Heather honey is unique in its texture and aroma. Â It has a thick gel like texture with a powerful, almost floral, flavour which makes it the perfect accompliment to ice creams, waffles and yogurt, it spreads easily and transforms breakfast weetabix!!
Our heather honey comes from the New Forest where we take our bees every year to forage on the beautiful ling heather that grows there.
We are often asked if our honey is raw or pasteurised. The answer is that or honey is as natural as if the bees were eating it in the hive.Â
