Runny honey not your thing? Or fancy something a little different? Our soft set honey is made by using a honey that has a fine crystal, this then controls how the honey will granulate. Instead of becoming hard and crystallised the honey has a stirred for hours making a velvety smooth, buttery and spreadable honey – perfect on toast or pancakes! The seed we use is usually rapeseed honey that we harvest as an early spring crop, it has a naturally high glucose content meaning that it is perfect to use in soft set honey.
The colouration of soft set honey can vary due to the difference nectar sources.
Honey is best kept in cupboard at normal room temperature. Never store in the fridge.
